IIn order to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of HYIT, help students deal with their unused school supplies and living supplies, HYIT Student Union organized a flea market at the Student Center of the Beijing Road campus, the entrances of Cafeteria No. 7 and Cafeteria No. 8 in the south yard and the entrance of Cafeteria No. 5 in the north yard of the Meicheng Road campus on June 11 and 12 respectively. Following the tenet of "facing the whole university and serving the whole university," the flea market provided HYIT students with a place to dispose of seldom used items.
The activity was sponsored by HYIT Communist Youth League Committee and organized by HYIT Student Union for all HYIT students.
There were three locations for this flea market, making it convenient for students to exchange their unused stuff. This activity was themed "Flea Market and Big Sale Let Unused Stuff Go Home" with sufficient preparations. In the early stage, all-round publicity was carried out to ensure that all students of HYIT could timely and accurately receive information concerning this activity. Students actively participated in the activity. They brought all kinds of unused goods to sell or exchange. In this bustling flea market, students bought what they needed and created the most unique memories in their college life. The flea market ended successfully.
This activity aimed to provide a platform for students to bring their goods and stories, leave a beautiful memory in the graduation season, say a solemn goodbye, and then embark on a new journey to show the elegant demeanor of youth!
