Faculty of Applied Technology

        The Faculty of Applied Technology was established in March 2017, recruits mainly students with vocational education background and offers them undergraduate programs. The Faculty consists of Electromechanical Department, Administration Department, Civil Engineering Department and Research Section for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It covers 11 undergraduate programs, namely, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Network Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Communication Engineering, Horticulture, Automobile Service Engineering, Financial Management, Marketing and Secretary Science.

        There are nearly 1,600 full-time students. Over the past two years, more than 120 students have won awards in a variety of provincial and national competitions. The Faculty keeps close connection with enterprises and has established 12 practical training bases in enterprises inside and outside Huai’an city. It implements double certificate systems, encouraging students to acquire professional qualification certificates together with bachelor’s degree certificates. The Faculty is committed to fostering application-oriented technical talents with innovative ideas and high qualifications.
