Recently, the results of the finals of 2023 National Enterprise Competition Simulation Competition were announced, and five student teams from our school won 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 2 third prizes respectively.

Our school attached great importance to this competition and organized many teams to participate in the competition with the attitude of “promoting teaching, building and learning through competition”. After the fierce competition in the preliminary rounds, the rematch, the semi-finals and the finals, five teams achieved good results. The competition was divided into two tracks: enterprise operation and enterprise decision-making. It trained students to carry forward the spirit of teamwork in an uncertain business environment, comprehensively and flexibly use management knowledge such as production management, marketing, financial accounting, strategic management and other methods such as forecasting, optimization, countermeasures and decision-making to correctly formulate enterprise decision-making and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. The competition is of great significance in promoting the combination of management theory and practice, exchanges between colleges and universities, and cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality and teamwork spirit.

It is reported that the current National Enterprise Competition Simulation Competition has been included in the catalog of “2023 National College Students Competition Analysis Report”. The competition was jointly guided by Chinese Academy of Management and the Discipline of Economics and Management under Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Educational Institutions and hosted by Decision-making Simulation Specialized Committee of Chinese Academy of Management. This year’s finals were held in China University of Mining and Technology (Xuzhou). Since the first Competition in March 2023, 3,356 teams from 381 colleges and universities participated in the competition, and a total of 127 teams from 119 schools entered the finals.
