Recently, at the online awarding ceremony of “2021 Spring Innovation Ceremony of China College Students’ Advertising Festival”, 2021 spring “AD Campus” results were announced. “One Person’s Summer―RIO Tipsy Packaging Design” by HYIT student Zhu Min, from Class 1181 of Visual Communication Design, Faculty of Design and Art, has won Gold Award of Product Packaging Design, and her instructor Zhang Hongyan has been awarded the title of “Gold Medal Instructor” by the organizing committee. Lai Jiahui, Yuan Tianxiang, Lin Jingjie and other students of the same class won several Awards of Excellence.
“China College Students’ Advertising Festival” (“AD Campus”) is a national college students’ advertising award, which is held in spring and autumn annually. “AD Campus” was initially founded in 1999. After 21 years of reform, the activity covered more than 1,240 colleges and universities in 23 provinces, 4 municipalities, 4 autonomous regions, and 2 special administrative regions and some overseas countries. More than 1.5 million teachers and students participated in the contest directly and received more than 400,000 creative works from college students across the country. Deeply rooted among the hearts of colleges and universities across the country, and with influence extending from colleges and universities to the advertising industry, it has become an important way for the industry to select talents, for enterprises to obtain fresh ideas and brands to explore the path to youth.
