Recently, with the announcement of the winners of the Fourth National Digital Creative Teaching Skills Competition, Gao Xiang’s course “Three-point Lighting”, and Zhu Huiyang’s “Appreciation of the Decorative Patterns of Blue and White Porcelain with Characters in Yuan Dynasty”, won the second prizes; Yin Guojun’s “Printing Process”, Zhao Yanmei’s “Natural Morphology Bionic Design”, and He Yanting’s “Design Art History” won the third prizes; Liu Yang’s “The Thread-bound Chinese Book Crossing through Tradition and Modernity” won the excellence award, all of which are from the Faculty of Design and Art.
Sponsored by the Association of Fundamental Computing Education in Chinese Universities and the Committee of National Digital Creative Teaching Skills Competition, and co-organized by the Digital Image Creative Committee of China Electronic Video Industry Association, the National Digital Creative Teaching Skills Competition is on the “List of 2020 National Teaching Competition for College Teachers”, China Association of Higher Education. This competition takes promoting the application of education and teaching concept in the all-media era in computer basic education, IT education, online education, film and television, animation, games, art design, e-sports, digital media and digital art design and other related majors as the guiding ideology, aiming to improve the application ability of teachers’ educational technology in the new era. The awards of the 6 teachers in the competition is the result of our school’s continuous promotion of the talent training quality improvement project and the education and teaching reform.
